Hanny Shehadeh, Sr. VP Global Professional Services

Hanny Shehadeh is responsible for the development and execution of HRsmart's Global Professional Services strategy.

"I am on board to guarantee every one of our clients achieves 'SMART' business results", said Shehadeh. "Our solutions are well thought-out, and thanks to eleven years of customer feedback, using them is rather intuitive", he added. "However; the key to achieving Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Timely business results, is ensuring the transfer of our knowledgebase before, during, and after the product implementation. Whether that involves, process re-engineering, sharing of best practices, deployment of actionable metrics, compliance reviews, change management, or a myriad of our Value-Added-Services, our clients will receive a Total Solution. Everything we do is aimed at accelerating and exceeding our clients' ROI expectations."

Prior to joining HRsmart, Shehadeh served seven years as President of Global Careers, Inc., an international search firm he founded in 1998, focused on meeting the highly specialized staffing needs of the Semiconductor, TeleCom/DataCom, & Manufacturing Test industries. Before that, Shehadeh spent fifteen years with Hewlett-Packard, where he held several national management positions including Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development, Professional Services, Systems Engineering, Applications Engineering, and Project Management within the Test & Measurement Group, which later spun-off as Agilent Technologies.

Shehadeh graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics.
