Our Learning Consultants provide training with a focus on creating a learning experience conducive to the client’s culture and objectives, while leveraging the organization’s unique process flows and industry best practices. This approach allows training to be tailored to the end-user’s needs, avoiding the typical walk-through of system features and functions. Because each organization and user has distinctive needs, Learning Consultants are available to deliver training in a number of formats designed specifically for each user group—hiring managers, line managers, administrators, users and others who interact with the talent management system.
Initial Classroom is performed onsite at HRsmart’s Learning Center or can be scheduled for your location. This format provides users and rollout leaders with hands-on education to aid in a faster adoption of the system.
Online training is available to deliver new developments in best practices, refresher courses, train new employees or help organizations where additional learning is required.
