Patrick J. Aulson Patrick (Pat) Aulson is currently Senior Vice President, Human Resources of The Turner Corporation. With annual revenue in excess of $7 billion and 7,000 employees, Turner is the largest commercial general contractor in the US. Turner is a subsidiary of the Hochtief group in Germany. Aulson joined Turner in 2001; prior to Turner he served in a number of senior and executive HR roles across a variety of industries including high technology, financial services, manufacturing, consumer products and higher education. Prior organizations include Texas Instruments, Republic Financial Services, The Associates (now part of Citigroup), and Northeastern University.Aulson holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He was granted membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Business Honor Society for his graduate work.Aulson and his wife, Sally, have three sons who reside in the Dallas area. David Loeser David Loeser is currently Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communications for The Celanese Corporation. With annual revenues in excess of $ 6 billion and approximately 9,500 employees world wide, Celanese is one of the largest global specialty chemical companies. Prior to joining Celanese, Loeser served as senior vice president of CompuCom, a national leader in helping companies plan, implement and manage multi-vendor, industry-standard computer environments. There, he was instrumental in the successful transition from a technology equipment company to a premier service delivery organization while doubling its size.Loeser brings to HRsmart more than 20 years of Human Resource experience introducing innovative programs and processes related to staffing, training, change management, organizational effectiveness, retention and productivity with firms such as Quaker State Corporation, Continental Airlines, PepsiCo Foods International and it’s subsidiary Frito-Lay, Inc., Gulf Oil Corporation and Chevron. Loeser holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a MBA from the University of Toledo.
 John Muleta John Muleta, most recently chief of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), has joined the company's Board of Directors. Muleta is currently a partner at Venable LLP and co-chair of its Communications Practice Group in Washington, D.C.Prior to joining Venable and his most recent appointment at the FCC, Muleta was the president and chief executive officer of Source 1 Technologies LLC, a privately held systems integration firm based in Washington, D.C. He was also a co-founder of OI Systems Inc., a Washington-based management-consulting firm. Muleta worked at PSINet, Inc. from 1998 to 2000, where he held the position of president for PSINet Ventures Inc. Prior to that, he was president of PSINet's Global Facilities Division and president of its India, Middle East and Africa Division. From 1994 to 1998, Muleta served in a variety of positions at the FCC, including deputy bureau chief in the Common Carrier Bureau and chief of the Enforcement Division of that bureau. He began his career at GTE Corporation and later worked at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting, LLC, before joining the Commission in 1994. Muleta received his B.S. in systems engineering at the University of Virginia School of Engineering and Applied Sciences in 1986. He earned his MBA and J.D. from the University of Virginia's Joint Degree Program in 1993, where he received the Shermet Scholar Award for outstanding scholarship.

Peter D. Tuttle is currently President and CEO Job Serve USA. Headquartered in Beachwood Ohio Job Serve USA is a unit of JobServe Ltd of the United Kingdom. JobServe, formed in 1993 as the very first job board, quickly grew into one of the UK’s most successful business. Previously Mr. Tuttle was President and founder of CareerBoard, LLC an Ohio Corporation that was acquired by JobServe May 2006. Mr. Tuttle joined Staffing Solutions Enterprises in 1989, following five years as Partner with Korn Ferry International and a 16-year career in senior level Human Resource Management positions with Merck Pharmaceutical, Picker International and Cole National Corporation. As President of Staffing Solutions Enterprises, he was instrumental in the expansion of Staffing Solutions Enterprises and began integration of Internet technology throughout this traditional staffing services business in 1995. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Muskingum College and a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Case Western Reserve University.
